Question by marebear: What are the best cell phones that AT&T sells that don’t require a data plan?
I’m due for an upgrade for my cell phone, and I want to buy the best phone that AT&T sells. However, I don’t want one that requires you to pay for a data plan because I don’t need it. What do you guys suggest?

Go to the site and click on “feature phones”. Smartphones require data.
